Opt for the classic Claypot Crackling Rice where fragrant rice is cooked to a golden crisp, layered with the savoury richness of pork lard, and an aromatic house sauce. Other delectable dishes include the UK Dingley Dell Pork Chop in Cantonese curry and the Deep-Fried Grouper in spicy pickled garlic sauce. For a sweet finish, the Muskmelon Sago is a fresh interpretation of the classic honeydew sago dessert, combining Japanese muskmelon with silky sago and lychee popping pearls.

Through a curated selection of 10 sweet and savoury creations, blending classic French culinary techniques with adventurous flavours, the afternoon tea will take you into an immersive culinary universe. Tantalise your tastebuds with a unique selection of savoury bites which include the Crustacean Brioche Roll With Cream Fraîche, Duck Rillettes Monaka With Soy Curd and Mushroom Duxelles & Beetroot Tarte Froide. To satisfy your sweet tooth, the Raspberry & Rose Mousseline with Pain de Gênes pays tribute to the prince’s cherished rose while the Coconut Butterfly Pea Saint-Honoré boasts an interesting combination of ingredients which include tropical coconut, Thai tea, and chocolate.

La Vache! brings the quintessential Parisian steak-frites experience to Singapore in a classic French dining setting. Priced at $68++ per guest for a set menu, the dinner service begins with crisp salad greens and walnuts tossed in a tangy mustard vinaigrette, followed by 10oz USDA Double Gold Ribeye seared to your preference. The steak is served with unlimited frites and the bistro’s signature sauce.

A curated wine list that includes Bordeaux, Burgundies and Petit Chablis, complements the richness of the steak alongside classic cocktails. Tanjong Pagar welcomes the latest addition to its dining scene this September with Temper, a sophisticated spot for intuitive wines, moreish dishes, and great vibes. The establishment is a collective of culinary and cultural mavericks, from master sommelier to Michelin-decorated chefs, all working to create a vibrant experience. The wine room’s custom built cellar is an oenophile’s dream, with over 1,200 labels and 250 available by glass. If you prefer cocktails, head bartender Kishan and South Korean bartender June Baek have you covered with a tight list of creative pours. The ambience is set with soundtracks that include vinyl deep dives, live jazz, and stripped-back acoustic sets. 

If you’re feeling peckish, sink your teeth into signature dishes such as the crab roll, crispy chicken drumsticks dusted with chilli-lime powder, and the wagyu-blend temper burger which is loaded with molten cheddar cheese and a special housemade sauce. The highlight of the menu is a delectable seafood tower stacked with ocean-fresh oysters, dungeness crab, mussels and crustaceans.

Marina Bay Sands welcomes Jin Ting Wan, a new restaurant that seeks to broaden the narrative of Cantonese cuisine. Led by executive chef Albert Li, the menu moves beyond familiar styles to explore the rich diversity of the Guangdong province, with influences from Shunde, Teochew, and Hakka culinary traditions. Must-tries include the Roasted Pipa Duck with Black Pepper and the Angus Short Rib with Preserved Vegetables, which is prepared using the traditional “nine-steam, nine-sun” technique. Fiamma’s Pasta Masterclass

Led by Chef Antonio Corsaro, the Italian restaurant’s executive sous chef, this intimate culinary experience shares traditional techniques for cooking perfect homemade pasta.
